Get an e-mail for every new lead

See every form, chat, booking and call tap in Leads & messages, and choose who gets which e-mails about your site.

Video coming soon. The written steps below cover everything in the meantime.

Every request from your site lands in one inbox, and we e-mail you the moment a new one arrives. Here’s how to work your leads and decide who gets the alerts.

1. Open Leads & messages

Leads & messages in the dashboard menu lists every form, chat and call tap from your site. Use the filters at the top to see All, Forms, Chats, Bookings or Call clicks.

A chat lead links to its conversation in Live chat, and a booking lead to the booking.

2. Keep track with a status

Each lead has a status: new, contacted, won or lost. Change it from the menu next to the lead, so you always know who still needs a call back.

3. Choose who gets the e-mails

Go to Settings and find Notifications. For each person you can turn these e-mails on or off:

  • New leads: an e-mail the moment someone sends the form on your site
  • Live chat alerts: new chats, chats waiting for a reply, and messages left after hours (with the Website live chat add-on)
  • Booking alerts: new bookings, and bookings a customer moves or cancels (with the Online booking add-on)
  • Weekly “Leads & stats” report: last week’s visits, leads, calls and top pages. The day and time are shown next to it, in your business’s time zone.

4. Add a partner or office manager

Under Add someone, type an e-mail address and select Add person. You can add up to 3 more people, and they don’t need an account. They get every e-mail in the list until you turn some off.

Note: Every e-mail has its own unsubscribe link. Someone who unsubscribes from their e-mail stays unsubscribed: only they can turn it back on. Billing, security and sign-in e-mails always go to the account owner and can’t be turned off.

See the bigger picture

Statistics shows who visits your site and what they do: visits, calls and forms, top pages and where visitors come from. Leads report lists every lead your site brought in, by week or month.
